Shipping and Returns
1. Shipping
For Spain, deliveries take 24-72 hours and they are free on orders over 50€. For orders below 50€, the delivery Price is calculated on your shopping cart.
4,95€ for Spain mainland and 7,95€ for others.
In Europe, every orders are sent between 3 and 5 days. Delivery is free on orders over 100€. Orders below 100€ will pay 9,95€ and will be calculated on your shopping cart.
For the rest of the world, it will take from 7 to 15 days. Deliveries are free on orders over 150€.
- Exchange: 15 days
To return our order full or partially you have 15 days since the day you signed the delivery.
To make an Exchange you have to follow these steps:
2.1. Return the item you wish to exchange
2.2. Purchase a new product from our store.
You can also email us to info@kalevalaarts.com and tell us which product you would like to Exchange and we will try to help you with the process.
- Return and Refund: 15 days.
All of our products may be refunded except the customised comissions. You have 15 days since the day you signed the delivery to return your order. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive the goods and we confirm they are on the same conditions they were sent to you.
You have to follow the process below:
– Fill in the “Returns Form” once you have requested the refund via email.

We will only refund broken or damaged products in case you notify it as soon as you receive them. We will not refund you if the products are damaged due to misuse or bad cares. In case the product may have any defects or problems, we shall replace your products and help you to solve it as soon as possible
These warranties will be applied while noting the nature of the goods sold via this website.
